Sexual Assault Charges.
They have always been very serious, but in the days of the

We tend to throw around the words robbery, burglary and
theft interchangeably. The three have
something in common, of course. They all
may involve the unauthorized taking of someone’s personal property by another

Theft is the most basic of the three crimes. It occurs with the unauthorized attempt to

Robbery is essentially theft accomplished through the use of physical
force or fear. Burglary is simply the

never occurs.
